Route Estonia

The Estonian section of R1 is formed by the two national routes 3 and 4 that belong to a system of about 20 cycle trails.

Both routes originate at the border town of Valga (Valka in Latvian) and lead to the university town of Tartu, on the westerly route 3 or the longer eastern loop of route 4.
